friendly staff convenient location well-kept hotel
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, a short walk to the main station. I appreciated that the hotel is well-kept. There is a food court with great coffee shops.
The cleaning service was left very late during the day.

great facility amazing view convenient location
the room had great facilities. i stayed on the 20th floor. the view was amazing!!! the location is close to the station on the yamanote line, a great convenience for getting around.
cleaning was left very late one day, even though i was out all morning. i returned at 2:30 pm and the room was not yet cleaned.

convenient location window view
the location is convenient with a shop downstairs i appreciated having a coffee shop so close. i could see mount fuji from my window it was a pleasant surprise.
the room cleaning happened quite late one day it was almost 3pm when i returned and it had not been done yet

tatami mats train station
The room layout felt distinctly Japanese. Tatami mats covered the floor, requiring shoes to be removed before stepping onto the area with the bed and table. This detail kept the room clean. Slippers were available in the toilet room.. it's a nice touch. The air conditioning unit worked effectively. The building's location offered good proximity to the train station. I found nice restaurants within a short walk.
